His walking figures, poised in mid-stride, suggest motion without destination. They inhabit a familiar space—sidewalks, crossings, station platforms—not through detailed environments, but through posture and pace. Each body becomes a stand-in for many, a reflection of the shared experience of navigating the built environment. These are not portraits in the traditional sense, but they are no less human. There is a quiet empathy in their depiction, a recognition of the individual within the multitude.
